Our Mission
At Bubbles and Hope, we believe that every load of laundry carries the potential to make a real difference. While we’re proud to offer convenient pick-up and delivery services across Nashville, our mission goes much deeper than just clean clothes.
We are committed to empowering adults with disabilities by providing social opportunities, skills training, and—down the road—meaningful employment. As we grow, our goal is to offer job training and employment to help individuals with disabilities thrive in the workforce, but today, we’re starting by offering valuable social connections and skill-building experiences.

So how exactly does this work?
The Basics

Submit a laundry pickup request here & pay the deposit.

On your requested pickup day, you will receive a notification of the estimated time frame of pickup.

Place your laundry bag outside your door.

Our team picks it up, washes, dries & folds your items with care.

On the day of the delivery, you will receive a notification with the estimated time frame of drop-off.

We deliver everything back to you fresh and neatly folded — right on time!

You will receive a notification that your laundry has been delivered, and you will receive an invoice for any remaining balance due.
Order & Service Guidelines
Oversized orders (>100 lbs) may require additional processing time. In this case, a team member will be in touch with your updated delivery date once your items have been received.
Next Day Service is available for orders up to 4 bags or 99 lbs and will be delivered by 8pm the day after pickup (i.e. orders picked up on Monday will be delivered by 8pm Tuesday).
2nd Day Service is available for orders up to 5 bags or 119 lbs and will be delivered by 8pm two days after pickup (i.e. orders picked up on Monday will be delivered by 8pm Wednesday).
Flexible Service orders will be delivered by 8pm on the 4th day after pickup (i.e. orders picked up on Monday will be delivered by 8pm Friday). Orders may be delivered prior to the 4th day if they are completed sooner, but earlier delivery is not guaranteed.

Next Day Service: $2.15/lb
2nd Day Service: $1.85/lb
Flex Service: $1.75/lb

Special & Delicate Items Policy
Items such as sneakers, embellished garments, delicates, and specialty fabrics require extra care and may be excluded from standard laundry processing. We do not guarantee against wear, fading, shrinkage, or damage that may occur due to pre-existing weaknesses or normal laundering procedures. Customers who wish to have these items processed must notify us at drop-off or in booking notes, and agree that Bubbles And Hope is not liable for repairs or replacement.
If your items require special handling, please contact customer service at info@bubblesandhope.com before placing an order. Items that violate this policy without prior notification may be returned unprocessed.
Laundry Refusal & Special Handling Policy
We reserve the right to refuse, return, or charge an additional fee for laundry containing excessive bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces, vomit, etc.) or any other hazardous material.
Heavily Soiled Laundry: $5 additional fee per bag (includes heavy-duty wash and disinfectant).
Hazardous Laundry (Excessive Bodily Fluids): $20 additional fee. This includes items such as soiled adult diapers, heavily contaminated garments, or any items requiring special sanitization procedures.

Bubbles And Hope Laundry Club
We are excited to announce Bubbles And Hope Laundry Club, a monthly gathering for individuals with disabilities ages 18+ and peer mentors. We enjoy a meal together, do some laundry, usually work on a little art project, and just have fun spending time together!
